Small Groups is a ministry of Living Word Christian Center. There is a place within our Small Groups where you fit perfectly. In fact, we aren't complete without you. We offer activities, great fellowship, and opportunities to learn more of the Word - providing you with the pieces to help build a fulfilling life. Our groups are designed to either assist you in your development as a Christian or to meet a specific need in your life. The goal of Small Groups is to provide you with the tools to walk out the plan of God for your life—successfully. The Parenting Children group wants to help you not only survive these years of your child’s life, but to enjoy the journey. The group offers practical Bible-based teachings on subjects such as discipline, motivation, family, devotions, parenting styles, understanding different personality types, and parenting as a team. We had another great night at Mm last Friday that they began with an Olympic twist, in a message entitled, “Start With Serving,” from Kevin and Alicia Weiers. They encouraged us to focus on serving our spouses in several ways, such as selfless acts of giving, love languages, finding agreement, and prayer. They showed us that successful marriage really does start with serving!
